Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that all four gunmen who attacked a Moscow concert hall have been arrested.
There was a firing incident on Friday night in a concert hall on the outskirts of the capital Moscow, in which at least 133 people have been confirmed killed. And 140 people have been injured.
Russian authorities say a total of 11 people have been arrested, while four gunmen were caught fleeing Ukraine.
The Russian Foreign Minister has called it a terrorist attack. Ukraine has denied any involvement in the attack.
However, a faction of the Islamic State has taken responsibility for this attack.
John Parker, editor of the Newsteam24 service, has said that this is the biggest attack on Russia in the last two decades.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the people killed in the attack in Moscow.
He tweeted, “We strongly condemn the heinous extremist attack in Moscow. Our prayers are with the families of the victims. “India stands with the Russian government and its people in this hour of grief.”

Who is responsible for the attack?
The extremist organization Islamic State (IS) has taken responsibility for the attack.
IS says that the gunmen who attacked have fled from here.
On Saturday, a picture was released on IS channel Amaq on Telegram in which four people wearing masks were claimed to be the attackers.
Russia has not yet commented on IS’s claim.
IS later released the video of the attack. BBC has found that this video is real and in it the attackers are firing indiscriminately at people. BBC has not broadcast this video.
In his televised speech, Putin condemned the attack, calling it a ‘heinous terrorist act’. He also reiterated that the attackers had tried to escape to Ukraine.
Ukraine has rejected the claim that it is in any way involved in this attack. He has termed this claim as ‘absurd’.
The White House has confirmed that it had informed Russian authorities in early March that there could be an attack on a ‘large crowd’ in Moscow.
Russia has not yet responded to this.
